We opened our doors in December 2016 and only closed due to Covid. We moved to Parramatta and operated casually after Covid for existing clients.
Safety first. Daycare can be a highly stimulating or strange environment for your dog. The meet and greet allows us to get to know your dog and determine their temperament, energy and play style and that they are suitable for daycare and will actually enjoy all of its benefits.
We have fun. But seriously, dogs are supervised at all times while they interact with each other during free play. We then introduce structured play, which involves cognitive games such as sniffaris (that’s right, it’s not a spelling mistake), exercise such as fetch, or tug. They also get rest as they need to be able to wind down when needed.
You can also add on services such as a wash and dry, or training.
We’re keeping it small and simple so we can get to know all our day care doggies. We are capping each day at 10 small dogs.
Perhaps, depending on how much heavier. We are committed to keeping it small and simple, and appropriate for our place. Please have a chat to us if your dog is heavier than 15 kgs as we may be able to accommodate them based on availability and suitability.
Please advise us immediately if the state of your dog’s health has changed. We must ensure they are okay to be at daycare. If they only need simple medication, we are happy to administer it at no charge.
We love dogs so their wellbeing is our priority. You will be able to see our adventures through our daily posts on social media, and we generally touch base with new parents to update them. But at any time, you are welcome to get in touch with us.
Yes, depending on the needs and issues you are experiencing with your dog. If we are not able to assist, we will happily make recommendations for more specialised dog behaviourists.
Absolutely. Each additional dog gets $5 off. We also have additional discounts for doggos who attend regularly. Please have a chat to us.
Unlike many other providers, we don’t charge for treats, enrichment games or sending you a photo! The only additional charges are for services you choose to add to their day such as grooming or training.
We pride ourselves on the exceptional care and service we provide our dogs and our prices are at industry standard. Running a business incurs a lot of unseen expenses. So when you divide the rate by the hour, looking after the pup all day is not expensive.
We are a home based service so our address is not published. Once you complete your dog’s profile on our database, we can share the address and arrange the meet and greet.
